Tried to make 3rd attempt for paid service at POSCO Gurgaon (GM Mr. Tarun), after waiting 01 hour return back as no one to take care.Even poor guard tried to call but he too failed. Oct 2014, Feb 2015 and today, 21.04.15 same fate. Than came to their Head Office, ask GM service and also meet Mr. Chandra Prakash that ur team has handed over 02 coupon free service this time also and shown him last year coupons also. He ask his subbordinate Mr. gaurav to show me way out of office. He did same...what a office..???
I paid money on 25th Jan 2015 (Policy due on 18th Feb) request no. 53002021 and it is 03 months, policy copy not received..is customer on fault if ask abt the same. Is This right attitude shown by Head Insurance Mr. Chandra, if customer self goes to ask..??. He simply laugh about free coupon, shows that merely treating customer with false promise and making fool. As per him, it is 02 yrs, I couldnt use these coupons, what can be the proof for further.
Really very very sad and promise that I will never ever return to POSCO Maruti sector-18 workshop. It is one of the worst with non-professional guys and in-human employees working place. No moral value and work ethics with any one..(Workshop, Insurance to anyone). Was this information helpful? |
