This is to inform you that I always take my Dzire car to Pasco Motor's in Gurgaon as they are your authorised service centre. On 24th April I took my car for a issue that it was missing. I have CNG fitted in the car from outside. But the car was missing on both. I left the car at Pasco in the afternoon they called me to inform that the car engine is damaged and a compression test has been done by their engineer and two chambers are weak one is 0 reading. I was told that the engine needs to be opened and half replaced the app cost would be about Rs 55. To 60 Thousant plus tax without this the car will not work. I was surprised and shocked as till a week back the car was running fine. I refused the engine opening but I was charged for the compr
ession test.
As I was out of town on my return I took the car to my friends garage and to my surprise in five minutes the engineer told me that nothing is wrong with the engine, the cng emulator was short circuted due to water he changed the part for Rs 1200 and the car was running fine on both fuels.
I took the car back to Pasco who did not believe me they drove the car which was fine, then then did the compression test which showed all 4 cylinders normal.
I fail to understand that a authorised service centre is fooling people and ripping them, had I agreed to their report I would have paid about Rs 75000 for no fault and unwanted repairs.
The photo of the written estimate of pasco is attached. I need a explanation for this and how they want to compensate for the blunder.
