Maruti Suzuki — Please deliver our car

On 26/6/2015 we booked a Maruti Celerio ZXI AMT with Bimal Auto Agency India Pvt Ltd, Varthur, Bengaluru. They promised to deliver our car within 3 weeks. Till today ie 20/8/2015, we have not received the car. Everytime we call the Bimal Auto Agency we get a standard answer that car would be delivered in a weeks time. We are already payng EMI without even getting our car delivered. The most irritating part is that they are not giving a proper date of delivery and keep giving false promises everytime.
