Maruti Suzuki — Radiator Heating - Car Stopped - No support from service

Hi, My car stopped due to radiator heating and I took it to the service center. My car is under warranty and the service center is not giving me any assistance and they are saying that they have raised the complaint to some office. It has been 4 days and the car is still in the service center. Let me know what is the process. The car is only 1 year old.
