Maruti Suzuki — regarding poor service

i m pawan i called to ur mumbai office where someone ganesh naik was there and he just refused to tell prices of ritz elate and same in ur regional headquarter everybody is saying that they r not aware.and i opted for elate and every dealer is offering it with different prices and even mine r offering two speakers and other is offering 4 speaker .
