[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — stealing of tool kit in swani service center

my car sx4 zdi went to swani service centre G.T ROAD ludhiana for service last month where my tool kit and jack got stolen ...i bought dis happening into notice of der customer manager sarabjit singh ([protected]) who assured me my tool kit and jack to be given with in a day..now 20 days passed but i didnt get my tool kit and jack due to which my tyre got punctured and bcz of no jack and tool kit i have to bring my car in same condition, result of which my tyre got blast .. dis all happened due to poor service by mr sarbjit singh ...in 2012 also i faced lot of problems ... i need help and action against him and want compensation for my tyre...
