Maruti Suzuki — Unsolved serious problem in power steering of wagon r since purchased

My Name is R.D. Gupta and I have Purchased Wagon R Lxi form SPARSH AUTOMOBILES Pachpedi Naka, Dhamtari road, Raipur Chhattisgarh. It is going to be almost 3 years (under extended Warranty); since I purchased this car I have been complaining about the steering problem, it is very tight and not functioning as a power steering. In the month of May-15 I did a complaint in customer care and given the car to SPARSH AUTOMOBILE RAIPUR (details attached). Dealer kept the car for a long time, assured that some specialist is coming from Delhi and they will resolve the issue. I came to know that they have advised to replace the entire Steering system, but I am sorry to say that nothing has been done. It seems that there is a serious problem with the Column ASSY COLPS STEERING 48200 M67L10 (LXI WAGON R), but despite in warranty period it is not being replaced. Only greasing and oiling is done by the service centre during my all the complains, after 10 or 15 days of running it always goes back to the same problematic position. Prior to this wagon R I had used ZEN LXI, and that was purchased by me from SATYA AUTOMOBILES BILASPUR (CHATTISHGARG). Throughout the period they have given an excellent customer service, and would certainly give them a rating of A Plus. I am extremely sorry to say the same for Raipur SPARSH AUTOMOBILEs Pachpedi Naka. I have handed over my car to the SPARSH AUTOMOBILE Pachpedi Naka RAIPUR on 19/08 /2015 Sr no. 5520. Job card Prepared by Mr Rahul Das [protected]., test drive Taken by Mr Arun Yadav ( Attached ). They have agreed and noted that there is a problem of the steering. I would like to inform you that now I will take back my Car only after complete correction and assurance that it will not happen again. Requesting you to either replace the entire steering system or replace the CAR. I am sure; Maruti Suzuki being a largest CAR provider of India will certainly take care of my problem.
