Maruti Suzuki — warranty enquiry

My maruti wagnor vxi purchsed on25.8.13 and my car has run 19000 km only . my reg no( KL 30 C 6429).my car is on service with sarthy auto cars chengannur .On sevice they informed me about lowerarm damaged . They are not assuring any warranty for replaysment of this part.is that no warranty for lowerarm in case of damge?pls do help me to overcome this problem my no is [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com
