As per the attached agreement I have given Rs ***** to Maruti trading for the business of LED manufacturing in two instalments of Rs ***** and Rs ***** as a security deposit.
*) As per the agreement I have received the raw material after the payment of *st instalment of Rs ***** on **-**-**. But after the payment of *nd Installment of Rs ***** on **-**-**, they should send one trainer to my place for training, but they have not sent the trainer till date and also not lifting my call.
*) So I decided to leave. As per the agreement if I wish to leave they should refund full deposit amount of Rs ***** immediately. But they have given me Rs **** only. After that their contact numbers are showing switched Off ( Ms Pooja Sharma=*********** and Mr Krishna=***********).
*) And also they have given me mental tension, wasted my three months in this and not given me any work. As per the agreement if they are not giving me any work they should compensate me Rs ***** each month. So I want the compensation amount of ***** for each month till they did not refund my complete amount with interest.
*) So, I request you to please help me out in this.
