Dear Sir,
My name is Pradeep and I have bought a Wagon R car bearing chassis no : I 48430
Sarathy Auto Cars, Pallimukku, Kollam, Kerala nearly three years back. I am forced to write this letter because I am totally dissatisfied with their service. When I took my car after the third service it was noticed that there was moist in the headlight, and when I pointed to this they told me that it was due to the water service and the next day it will be okay.
But later during the rainy season it was seen that the same complaint was repeating.Again when I took it for service and brought this complaint to the notice of the service advisor, and he after consulting his superior asked me to hold the vehicle there for one day so they can rectify the problem.The next day I took back my vehicle.
Since I was out of station it was my wife who was using the vehicle, When I returned and used the car the headlight was dim due to the dampness in the reflector. It was also dim . I took my car again to Sarathy Auto Cars for service and told them about this repeated complaint.But their reply was my warranty period has been expired and they could do nothing.But it is not my fault since I had brought this complaint to their attention before, during my service period.They suggested me to break the headlight and go for claim.But I am least interested in it. My speedometer reading is
only 12, 200 kms.
Sir, I am bringing this to your notice and please look into this matter and take proper action.Anticipating your reply Thanking you once again.
