Dear Sir, GANESH CARS PVT.LTD VELLORE -632004 TAMIL NADU I purchased Maruti alto 800 in the month of 12th Sep 2014 to above dealer. MY chassis number is MA3EUA 61S00500399.At the time of delivery, I purchased body cover also for RS. 890/=at accessory. But, the quality of cover is very poor. It has not even lasted for three months. It has torn into pieces beyond for restitching.I have never expected this kind of quality material from Maruti. we can't do the investment for every three months for this body cover. I have taken up this matter to the company and dealers concerned on 19 th March 2015.so far, I have not received any response from the them.Is it the fit case to take up to the consumer redressal forum ?.
