[Resolved]  Mata Sheetla Gas Service — Harassing me all the time

From, Mata Sheetla Gas Service, opp Sec 14, GGN, I received my connection on 04/ 09/ 10. Then, I was informed that I can not apply for DBC for an year after the first one. On 05/02/2012, I was allowed to apply for DBC connection([protected]). Evach and every document of mine is submitted. Nothingi s pending from my side.

Now, Its been more than 2 years. Everytime I visit them (by taking leave, half day, or short leave from workplace), they have some other excuse and are not at all doing the needful.

Public Dealing is worst.They are loud and arrogant. The staff is seen busy on Facebook, Watsapp but do not have the time to look after public dealing.

Called up Mr. Arvind([protected]) ample of times, but the call is never picked up neither the landline number.

I have been harrassed every time, time is wasted.

Please do the needful asap.
