I ordered a book from mathrubhumi online on 8th feb (Inb payu payments private lmt) (Igacwjbty4) my account was debited rs 385, but the order was not sucessful as neither i received any confirmation from mathrubhumi nor received the book ordered. Complainted to bank and received reply that they have confirmed with merchant that transaction was successful and settled on 8th feb and to kindly contact the merchant.
