Matrimony Directory — Using Fraduary practice to cheat people hard money

I am a victim of this fraud company. Matrimony directory are cheating people, making false promises, assuring to provide business from Bharat matrimony. Kushagra Dadheech Sales Executive Matrimony Directory Pune [protected] was constantly following me to enroll and assured me return business worth more than the amount being paid. However after getting the money he is now absconding and not picking up phone. We managed to contact him once, wherein he said I am no more associated to Matrimony directory. There is no one who is aware of these promises he made as part of this deal. I tried contacting customer care and narrated my complaint, they listen to our grief and keep telling us they would surely get back in 2 days. No one has come back as when I would get my money back as I have not received any services as promised. Please help me refund my hard earned money.
