[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — No payment bill, executives lying and company selling items and claiming that the stickers are outdated as a new way to loot customers | |||
I bought a sim, the executive told me that if I pay 2000 he will give a sim with £17.5 currency which is close to 1750 rupees. He said that the validity is 30 days from the first call I make. I needed data so I asked and he said matrix doesn't have any data options. I had to pay close to 800 to get data on Vodafone. After the 2nd or 3rd day of me reaching here I'm not able to make any calls. Then matrix says that the plan was 15 days from the date of purchase (not 30 days from the day i make the first call) validity with 300 currency (not 1750) and data(which the executive says was not there in matrix services). On complaining and escalating repeatedly the company writes back saying sticker was outdated. How the hell can a customer know that the sticker is outdated(picture attached). Then they say the technical team has resolved the issue when all it did was call twice to ask what the problem was. Was this information helpful? | |||
