Matrix Hair Serum — money deducted from account but order not placed

Hi team

On may11 i ordered matrix hair serum which costs 220+20 delivery charge total 240inr. The money was deducted from the bank and order was not successful with txn id:tx[protected]. Worst customer support, simply disconnecting the call saying all agents are busy.
I checked with hdfc bank, they confirmed us back stating the it was a successful transaction, and it went to flipkart. Kindly check from your end again kindly check this.
