Matunga Police Station — unethical behaviour by police

I am writing to you with regards to an incident that occurred this morning, which we would like to bring to public attention, and that of the concerned authorities. We have been facing several issues caused by a builder who has since some time now resorted to harassing us intentionally. We have been complaining to the Police and BMC for a long time, and this is the behaviour we face. (PFA)

We would really appreciate if anyone from the Consumer Complaints Forum could assist us in bringing the matter to light, as we have exhausted all other options and nobody seems to be interested in upholding the law.
