Harassment of physically challenged senior citizens by admission and billing group.
On 03/01/2022 i send my family for a planed surgery in MAX Dehradun. From 0930 hrs to 1600 hrs admission group harassed my parents along with my wife for getting admission. After admission at 1600 hrs due to some medication issue the surgery gets postponed to 12/01/2022 and my father discharged on 04/01/2021. I was told that new refer letter is need for next admission.
I approached CGHS dispensery and stand in queue for 2 hours and CGHS dispensery dr Mrs Kiran Singh of raipur road Dehradun is positive o[censored]sing the same refer until the treatment is not over. I have spoken to PRO office and they explained everything to me in a very polite manner and try to resolve the issue.
But shri Sarvsresht of MAX Dehradun having phone no [protected], is denying to give medical treatment on the same refer. CGHS Dr Mrs Kiran Singh has cleared that refer letter is valid till the operation procedure mentioned in refer letter is not availed by the beneficiary. But MAX hospital dehradun, s Shri Sarvsresht is adamant on getting a new refer letter. He even speaks to me on phone in very anguished way and disconnected the phone line in the middle of conversation. Today on dt 08/01/2022 I have taken a new referal and CGHS doctors again mentioned the same in written form that procedure will be taken care of on same refer letter ID. I have spoken to shri manoj suyal ji and explained the same and he assured me now I will get admission on the basis of new referal.
Only because of doctors I have to visit MAX health care Dehradun again. Otherwise after experiencing the attitude of shri Sarvsresht I may never pay visit. It is my request to please recruit people with having some behaviour and ethical knowledge. People like shri Sarvsresht will only spoil the image of brand like MAX. Was this information helpful? |
