Max Healthcare — max healthcare complaint against dr. kavita saxena

I have treatment of gallbladder stone surgery of my wife's (Shashi rajput) in max hospital patparganj on 17th june 2017 by dr. Kavita saxena. She was admitted twice during this treatment. Finally she discharged with final status of gallbladder removed with all stones. But now after passing 2.5 months she again felt pain in abdomen and after diagnosis (Ultrasound and mrcp) found that gallbladder already present with multiple stones. So now what max management will take action on this doctor and how give relief/help to patient.

There is no response/feedback from Max Hospital, Process is very slow and customer support very bad. Whole Hospitals and doctors are money-minded. No value of Patient life, only means from money.
