Max Healthcare — medical health insurance

Recently about one month earlier (13 march 2019) I bought a health policy from max healthcare. There website is maxhealthcare.org.in and there email according to given website is [protected]@maxhealthcare.org.in. A payment confirmation email of 11000 rupees also received from above email id and also received call from no. [protected], [protected], if I try to contact on these numbers both are switched off or not reachable.
But till now I have not received any policy number in soft and hard copy from the concern department.
Today my friend also registered on their website for medical insurance and provided his details (unluckily there is no contact given on their website) and a call received from that side from the number [protected] and she started telling about there plans ( in fact fake plans) after few seconds my friend started talking about my policy, she asked my name and put my friend's call on hold and now they are not picking any calls from our numbers. Please help me out from this and take steps to stop these kind of online fraud.
