Max Hospital — Coordinator not responding in day care 2

Hi Team, this is to inform you that the coordinator named ( Garima ) in day care 2 doesn’t coup rates with the patient and attendant. I was having Problem in approval from TPA, but I had called Garima so many times but she was least bothered to pick my call. My kid is of 5 years and getting chemotherapy. I had to wait for 5 hrs to get approval. I haven’t got any assistance or support from Garima. If a customer/ patient has to tackle all the problem by themselves than what is the role of coordinator. I believe in that case hospital should not waste there money on coordinators. Very dissatisfied with the service, seems I was in government hospital.
