Hello This is to bring to your notice the unfriendly and rash behaviour of your associate at TPA counter @ MaxSaket. I had submitted my papers for a bronchoscopy test along with insurance papers as desired, was told that I had to wait for 10 minutes and would receive a call on my mobile. After waiting for almost 1 hour I approched the TPA counter and the associate by name Hina was not ready to listen saying that they have not received any papers, when I asked her to check she said I need to ask the person whom I have submitted. When I said i could not see that person, she said she cant do anything but I need to wait for her. Further i approached the duty manager and came to know that they need the prescription . Two points here 1. Associate Hina who did not have the courtesy to check though approached for. Was treating me as though I am asking for a favour. Is this the way one treat a customer, really suprising. 2. Somebody should have called me if they were some paper required. Why should they wait for me to approach. That too when none at the counters are ready to entartain my query. Absolutely unhappy with the attitude and service of the associates there. Once the test is done the next drama starts, discharge. I am told maybe the discharge would be tomorrow as its late. Upon pushing they said they are trying i need to wait for sms or call. I was asked to meet the duty manager in ghe same building and when I go to the counter i am told to go to West building, upon saying that the nurse asked to meet here, the person there says I need to go to west building, once reaching there I am told i need to back to east building. Finaly came backnto the room, remember no food or water since 9am. I also tried reaching a number i saw where we were asked to send in our feedback. Tried [protected] but no response .After one hour they say the TPI department is closed. I am ready to pay the money and they say this would be reimbursed. But again there would be extra charges . Finaly after lot of argument i am told tonpay 14k more and the settlement may happen on monday. Theres no coordination among the staff and departments. Standing there I could see 4-5 cases where people were being send from one desk to other due to burocracy . One case where people were send from one building to other for payments. Other case where somebodies son was not given medicine post operation as his details were nit appearing in system etc. Overall pathetic experience and sorry state of coordination among the staff and department. Everyone other than the nursing staff here seem to take patients for a ride and hardly bothered of the patients . The biggest mistake I did ' coming to this hospital' Suggest you to please have a proper system in place to help the customers and also have associates who treat customers with respect. The experience was worse than a govt hospital, there we atleast know they are managing it without charging like corparate hospitals like you.
