Max Hospital — Discharge procedure

Even after getting the clearance from insurance company and paying the remaining amount my discharge formalities have not been completed yet.

I hope you understand that I am a patient and have been waiting since morning all by myself.

This is not an acceptable level of customer service although the treatment regime was good.

Pl look into and do the needful ASAP
