Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to bring up an issue of excessive charges other than the CGHS package. I went to the Max Hospital Mohali on 24th December 2022 for Diagnostic Curettage according to CGHS Treatment Procedure. I took the package and according to the CGHS rate, the package should be around 2588 rupees. It is mentioned in the bill (Bill no. MHIC206867), However, with this bill, along with surgery (2588 Rs) there are several other charges like drugs (3144 Rs, consumables (9730 rs), room rent (500 Rs) etc are also included. Therefore my bill was not according to CGHS rules. Since everything should be included in the package of the surgery. It seems, there are extra charges for consumables, drugs, room rent, and consultancy other than surgery. Please check it the attached bill again and reimburse my money.
