Had an appointment (Mobile no [protected] in the name of my wife shailza sharma) with dr. Awasthy for an fetal echo test on june 30, 2018. Got a call from hospital on the morning of june 29 to reconfirm the appointment. Around 4:17pm i get a call from dr.'s secretary that the appointment is been canceled. Asking for the reason she said the appointment was done through the appointment call center and not through us.
First: she should have been polite while talking to me and not disconnect the call in between when i am complaining about it.
Second: you should all have been in-sync if this was the case
Third: after speaking with the dr. It seems like it doesn't matter to him at all how her secretary or assistance speak with the patience. It seems to be a general practice and treat the patience as if they don't worth any cent of life. They need to humble in and polite.
I never ever expected this from max, anyways this could be one off basis but my experience today makes me feel scared of coming to your hospital ever.
I am sure this complain will go without notice and the lady will keep harassing more patient like me who may not like to voice out their bad experience.
