Max Hospital — I bought a class not having received till date

I visited the max Dehradun on 11/09/2020 and consulted a eye doctor. Eye doctor advised me to bear a class. I bought a class in max Dehradun class shop near OPD side. I was told to give a address for sending the class but I not received my class due to not properly contact with me. I contacted max shopkeeper but he is not responding me from 20 days. Today, he said to me to make a complaints.
Please, solve above problem and give me my class at max shop only.
