Max Hospital — Malpractices being adopted by Max Hospital Staff | |||||
The billing staff lefts no stone unturned to discourage CGHS patients. They need referral every visit reasons and rules best known to them. I was referred by CGHS specialist on recently. The doctor treated and asked to come next week for follow-up. The next week doctor again prescribed the same treatment and asked to complete billing formalities. But shockingly billing staff again asked for referral when I was already going continuing treatment with same doctor. Despite showing them the valid referral, they did not allow the CGHS rate and took lastly the market rate was paid. They are strictly unprofessional and rude. They specifically said that they do not want cghs patients. The staff also adopts malpractice by changing the names of treatment. They prescribe other while gives treatment other way, just to make money. Highly money oriented. Was this information helpful? | |||||
