Sir /madam, i visited max. Hospital on 18.09.2017 after appointment on phone for my wife who is 57 yrs old and i am 63 years old. I wanted to have check of thyroid (Blood test). I am retired employee of ntpc. Hospital staff told me to go for preventive health check up plan for which cashless payment will be done through ntpc health card. I handed over my health card to them, & i was given receipts which mentioned payment will be done by company (Ntpc) and after four hours when all test done. Hospital staff told me that i have to do cash payment and payment will not be done by company. Till date i am not handed over any report of test. Mr manoj (Deputy manager) from max heath care called on 20.09.17 and threatened with dare consequence if i dont make payment.
Sir i want to ask, it was hospital misinformation that forced me to take package else i would have gone for single blood test of thyroid only for which my wife is taking medicine. Instead of apology, mr manoj is making threatening calls from no. ([protected]) to pay else legal action or serious consequence. Is this way your hospital treat senior citizen. Max healthcare is big reputed hospital but this kind of behavior is tarnishing its image. I request yourself take action in this regard. I am ready to pay for thyroid blood test and please hand over thyroid report to me. Because of misguidance only i was forced for package then why should i get punishment. Hope for unbiased decision from hospital administration
