I am very shocked to face non-cooperative and time consuming behaviour of Me. REEMA, who was sitting at oncology billing, when asked for id no. She denied providing excuse that she is from dialysis department. Kindly inform from which department she belongs and depute concerned persons to concerned departments for smooth and early process of administrative works.
