Max Hospital — Not giving appointment to dghs panel patient

I am consulting to doctors in max vashali since 2-3 years but I am facing problem to my mother which comes in dghs and showing to Dr Sanjay sexena
She needs to consult in this month but max appointment representative not giving appointment with in weak all my near and dear reporting same problem so please do as needful
