I got booked my full body test for May 1, 2022 in the morning and all the required samples were collected in the morning. There were 4 booking in my family. We were promised reports on the same day evening. We received only 3/4 reports. I have not received the report for Saumya Gupta UHID: ML01960101, order ID: B2B1878250.
I have tried reaching out to the company multiple times but have not received any status update on my report. I believe my samples are lost and even if they are able to provide my reports, it may be manipulated by now as it wasn't received in due time.
I will have to get my tests done again and hence request a full refund from this company. Worst service ever. Was this information helpful? |
