Max Hospital — Test Reports not received

I was admitted in the Max Patparganj superspeciality hospital from 17th May to 23rd May. I got several tests done like USG, CT SCAN, ECG, Biopsy etc.

At the time of discharge they handed over a file with very low quality of print out which only contains the blood reports. No Biopsy, CT SCAN, USG original report were there.

After some days, when I was checking all of the documents, I asked them to provide me the soft copies of the reports. But the hospital denied & Asked me to pay extra amount to collect the reports. Even I did not receive the biopsy report. They are here only to collect the money. No Proper services.

Please help me out.
