In 2019, my father took an insurance policy with me as a insured with the premium of 1 lakh per year for 16year policy. Policy was taken on 05.october.2019

On 16th December he passed away. After his death we have been facing financial problems. In 2020 1lakh premium was automatically deducted from our account after which we talked to the agents at Max life office, Rajpur Road Dehradun. They told us to wait for the time to complete in 2021 to claim the small amount of money money that we get back from canceling the policy. In 2020 we were not informed about the change of ownership was needed. In 2021, we didn't pay the premium because we don't have enough money in the bank to pay for premium and take care of my family at once. In 2021 when I went to claim the amount of cancelation. Then I'm being informed to change the ownership and I have to pay the premium for 2021 as well. I will not pay anything, anymore because I want to cancel the policy.
