[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Complaint on Calls to the customers

We are from thiruvallur high court.Now a days we are receiving many complaints on max life insurance regarding calls to the customers.The company is calling customers and asking them to pay the premium.They are calling often to the customers.The agents are not intimating on the grace period and policy benefits.The agents are providing wrong information on bonus.We are collecting written complaints from all the customers and we are intimating the same will be forward to IRDA. i also invested in Max Life Insurance and lost Rs.20000/-.
