Respected sir, I want to de -link my pan from my Max Life insurance code.My agent code is MAX825270.Max life is doing Fraud with me in connivance with my son Amit Ghai, and fraud bank accounts in Ujjivan Bank and others .They have transferred my commission in fraudulent bank account which does not belong to me .For this, I have also made many complaints .but of no use .As I am a senior citizen person and I am also suffering from many chronic diseases, So I am requesting you to delink my pan from max code .
