[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Deactivate auto debit

I am a customer of Max Life insurance.
Policy number :[protected]
I pay monthly premium of 3696.70 rupees.

Auto debit of the amount has been initiated without my consent.
I want to pay my premium with UPI/NetBanking/Cash/Cheque

Please stop auto debit immediately otherwise I will be bound to discontinue any policy with Max Life insurance.

Updated by Gaine titu I already submitted the request for Auto Deactivation of ECS through above mentioned website.

Mails were sent, MaxLife demanded 14 days to resolve the issue.But those were all nothing but false hopes.

Nothing happened and AutoDebit wasn't deactivated.

Such response of from Dispute resolving team of a company like MaxLife was not expected
Also why did MaxLife think that I didn't go to that website.
