My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My quarterly premium of rs. 16, 616/- is being auto debited from my card without any information. I want to pay my premium by using other payment options like net banking, cash, cheque. It is requested to deactivate the auto debit option from my card.
