Max complaint no: 2864774
As per policy my premium ecs should cut 4th march but it is not deducted as i am thinking problem with ecs, i paid by axis credit card on 4th march but 5th march once again premium deducted from my account as i informed my assigned agent he said refund process started, but no response. As there is no response from max i raised complaint to customer care on 25th march and they informed there is no refund account added.
If ecs activated by default why refound account not activated by itself.
As i already paid on 4th why deducted from my account.
After complaint i asked to return money to my credit card and they ok.
I waited 48 hours and i asked once again but they respond it will took 24 hours to 7 days and they said you will get call from manager as i asked to discuss.
I didn't received any response and i called on 29th march once again, customer care said same it will take 24 hours to 7 days.
Every time they said same the amount nearly 51000+ and same info i mailed to head. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com but no response.
On april 02 i called once again but now they said check initiated on 26th but not dispatched.
Because of these late process i lost my time to call multiple times to customer care and peace full ness and interest of this amount.
Who will give these all return back.
As i am customer of max from 11 years if they processed like this for new customer how they believe. Was this information helpful? |
