[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Getting calls to cancel agent code to avail pending benefits

I have received a call from Vaishali Sharma phone no.- [protected] from head office of MAX saying that i have pending benefits of amount 86, 000, ( told the cheque no. also for this amount) my agent has put his code in the policy and the benefits will go to them unless i file a complain with jeevan bima lokpal in hyderabad to remove my agents code and put my code instead.
