[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Max Life Insurance Call Regarding Remove agent code from policy.

I am getting calls from 2 associates from Max, 1 has introduced herself as Roohi Sharma calling from Max-Mumbai Andheri Office & today got a call from her Senior-Mansi. Roohi explained me about the benefit agent has claimed out of our policy. She also told us that at the time of policy the policy holder has signed & given the authority to agent to claim all the benefits. Now they want us to check whether you want as to proceed & want to give the benefit to agent or you want this money. For that both have explained the process to us as how the agent code can be removed & shared the complaint no. yesterday. They also said that this is completely your call, which is right as well but would like to know the authencity of these calls as I have asked them to email from their email ID's but they said they have the facility to do it from company to company only as we are not directly associated with Max hence first we need to be associated with company. We have taken the policy through agent hence we are not directly associated with Max. Please guide us as they have given us the time till 5PM today to let us know that how do we want to proceed. Need urgent help.
