I am complaining against Company regarding above matter because I inform them that I am not able to continue above said the policy due to financial reason, therefore, I would like to surrender policy dated on 31.10.2012., to resolve this problem I would like you to do needful above said matter.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Ms. Manisha Rani 15.11.2012, 11:12 AM and Ms. Lalima Kakkar, 12.12.2013, 4:15 PM, Customer Service. At your Company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair.
