Dear Sirs, I have received call from your direct sales representative on 25/05/2014 that my policy premium of Rs.15000/- which is lying with you for last 5 years and now bonus amount is around 27000/-, but for taking my money back I have to Rs.9561/- which they will refund (27000+9561)=36561/- within one week after getting Rs. 9561/- at your account from following address N-31, Noida, Sector 12, 2nd Floor, Near By Dolly Petrol Pump UP-201 301 from Mr. Ashish Choudhary Mobile No.-[protected] they asked me to send following documents 1 photo Pancard zeox 1 withdrawling amount cheque Rs./9561/- vide cheque No.511072 Date-27.05.2014, United Bank Of India, Dharampeth, Nagpur-440010, 1 cancelled cheque After the cheque was debited from my account I got sms in my mobile vide confirmation no. MX000521C till this date around 45 days have passed i have not received my money back.
