[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Non-stop calls and unethical behaviour of customer care | |||
Hi, This is gunjan. This complaint is for max life insurance delhi, few days back i was eating my premium online but due to some technical issue payment dint go through, but i tried again and i was able to made the payment. I think its been 7 days. I got the call that from mli that "looks like you need assistance" i said no the issue has been soughed out, but i think they cannot understand now from last 7 days after every 2 hrs they are calling me again and again for assistance which i just not required, unprofessional staff, very rude behaviour i am keep telling everyone that stop calling but no one is ready to understand.
