[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Not issuing/ finalizing the policy of my wife | |
I am an existing policy holder of maxlife insurance company since more than 2 1/2 years. I had applied for term policy of my wife. This is a matter of deep concern that inspite of providing all the necessary information & documents and having done medical test with no adverse reamrks in the report as telephonically confirmed from the appointed doctor who had taken the medical test, policy of my wife is yet not finalized and is still under process. They are harassing us continuously. If they are not issuing policy to my wife then clearly mention why they are molesting us since more than one month. medical test had already been done in previous month. Now they are demanding for additional test. inform me SPECIFIC REASON WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS for additional test. Was this information helpful? | |
