I, gireesh kumar saxena s/o shri omkar sahai saxena, have three insurance policies of max life insurance:
1. Policy no.[protected] dated 29 march 2012.
2. Policy no.[protected] dated 17 january 2007.
3. Policy no.[protected] dated 20 november 2005.
I have come to know that commission and bonus is being paid to some agents without my knowledge. I am dealing with the company directly and paying my premiums directly. I am not being provided any type of service by any of the agents.
I, therefore, request you to please deactivate the agent code from my all policies. I further request you to please generate my own customer id, so that the fraudulent payment of commission to agent may be stopped.
I also request you to please recover all the commissions paid to agents till now with interest and make provisions to refund my amount back to me.

The customer care executive denied to give me required information as I have not called from my register number. I had tried to convince her that my register mobile number is not working. She can ask me other details for verification like mail id, address, date of birth. But she clearly told me that she can not give me any information unless i call from my register mobile number.
So I wanted to know why maxlife is behaving like government sector employee?
We people are purchasing the insurance plan from private companies because we believe that they are giving a good service.
