[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — u send the msg or mail to about policy but when we give reply nobody give answer

Respected sir,
My policy on max life insurance. i paid 1 premium and then my salary issue i cant paid another premuim.so company send mi sms, mail to continue my policy with revievel schem but when i call to company office or call center he said me no revievel scheme from policy so my question is if no schem available so why u send sms or mail to mi i send i image of those regarding issue.plz tell mi if there available i paid premium.but if nothing so plz do not send mi msg or mail

Max Life Insurance Customer Care's response Dear Abhijit, As per your discussion with our customer service team, we sincerely urge you to pay reinstatement amount of Rs.34, 353.85 along with health declaration form (Duly filled and signed by policyholder) to continue with the policy keeping its long-term benefit in mind. Further, the revival period of the policy will end on Nov 20, 2018.
