[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — Defective Item | |||
I have ordered a Micromax headset from Maxbhi.com (order id 71112) on 17/07/2015.and the following item has 1 month warranty. The item was working properly for 2 weeks but after all started problems. So I mailed the support team at maxbhi regarding my complain on 11/08/2015, So i was asked to return the item to them. Iam from Kerala and there HO is at Delhi.So as to send back the defective item back it costs me Rs 350. and the item cost is only Rs 185. So its not possible for me to send back the item..I mailed them called them but none of them is able to answer my query and no further reply from them.My warranty expires on 15-Aug-2015. The Maxbhi team has agreed to refund to my e wallet account the charges which i incurred for courier and I had sent the item back to them on 14/08/2105 Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I have ordered touch for karbann titanium s2 plus order number #219548 on 9 feb 2016 is not working and manufacturing defect So as to send back the defective item back it costs me rs 560.

I am JAGADISH KOMMURI. I ordered a mobile charger with order number: 580245 on 08/08/2017. I got it delivered on 14/08/2017, when I opened the seal and connected to my mobile phone, the product is not working. I mailed the same to costumer compliant mail but I got no reply.
