Few days back i got a pop up in instagram from watches24.in where few of the branded watches were shown which are really attractive and classy.
I have ordered one item from the same website with cod (Cash on delivery).
The product was placed for order on 05th october'19 and shipped on 07th oct'19 from the below address to my current location (Visakhapatnam).

Please note the item was delivered by the delivery executive with awb number[protected] on 07th oct'19.

I have paid an amount of rs. 1649/- through digital mode (Phonepe).
Post that the delivery executive left and when i opened the box i found some damaged fastrack watches inside the box which i never ordered.
I tried to contact on customer service number. But the number was unavailable. Immediately i sent a mail to them.. But didn't found any response.

Please help in finding out the frauds in india and help the other customers from stop getting cheated.

Further, i request tou to take necessary action on the person and request to refund back the amount on the same account.
