I placed an order on 25th September 2023 from mCaffeine for some 15 products with an order value of Rs.2142 which was supposed to be delivered by 28th Sept 2023, but I didn't receive any update on it. I waited for the next day and tried reaching customer care and the shipment company still no response or support was provided after writing so many messages finally I got the message saying that the shipment people had canceled my order and I would get a refund plus I had an option of getting replacement order with exact offers and prices. I agreed to that again an order was placed on 7th October 2023 but the products mentioned were just 11 I still tried reaching them, the order was supposed to be delivered by 8 but still there is no response to anything at all. I request you to please look into the matter urgently and resolve it as soon as possible. I am looking forward to this.
