Mccarthy Toyota Mobeni — New Car Purchase - whining noises from the gearbox

Purchased a new Toyota Etios on 7 Feb 2015. On pick up of the car. heard noises from the gearbox. reported it to the dealer the next morning, and was advised to take it to my closest dealership. my closest dealership could not assist me, and since then i have been pushed from pillar to post by Toyota Mobeni in trying to get this sorted out. I have requested the car be replaced, as it was a new purchase, or the deal been cancelled. Toyota Mobeni has refused, and have provided the most pathetic service ever.
